I joined the Pinterest growth team back in 2014 and since then, I’ve started various initiatives that drive sustainable large scale growth on our way to 300MM+ MAU. I enjoy using my growth expertise to help founders grow and also teach growth at events like YC bootcamp.
I partner with founders to build rocket ships
Strong growth is a requirement to be a rocket ship startup. Growth boils down to two problems: building a highly retentive product (in other words, finding product market fit) and building scalable acquisition channels. I work with founders to develop high level strategy for both, and also work hands-on by recommending specific simple product changes that have potential to lead to trajectory changing impact.
I’m able to add value even early on. Almost all of my partnerships have requested meetings to work on growth within the first few months.
Investment focus
Currently, I’m focused on US based software enabled consumer and B2B companies. I look for high velocity teams building differentiated and highly retentive products which solve user problems with big markets. I mostly invest post-product at the seed stage and before series A.
